International and Local Move

Regardless of whether it is an international or local move, we know that you want to feel comfortable with the company you choose.

ZAGREB-DEAN Ltd. provides full door-to-door moving services. You do not need to wory about packing, organizing transport, insurance, customs clearance or unpacking at your new home – we will do it all for you.

Although every move is different, they all follow a similar procedure, from the initial contact to delivery to your new home.

We will first discuss your moving plans on the phone to obtain basic information and arrange a survey at your home.
An experienced surveyor will visit your home to go through your personal and household goods, so that we can provide you with an offer that will meet your needs.

The survey is free of charge and does not obligate you to accept an offer.

After the survey we will send you a written offer with service order form to confrim your acceptance of our proposal. For international moves, we also offer assistance in completing the necessary customs documents and insurance upon request.

On the moving day, our packing team will arrive at your address with a full range of top quality materials and tools. They will disassemble the furniture, and pack goods with the finest packaging materials. After packing, they will label and number everything and create a packing inventory.
If any item or furniture need special protection, on your request we are able to provide a wooden crate as additional protection during transport.

Depending on the mode of transport, the shipment will be adequately prepared and loaded.

For international moves, our selected partner at the destination will be in contact with you regarding the arrival of your shipment, customs procedures and delivery to your new home.

Delivery includes unloading, unpacking, assembling furniture and the removal of debris from your home.
